The Inverness is home to a sparkling pool. The pool is open 10am - 10pm.

Each home is equipped with fantastic amenities, such as hardwood floors, walk-in closets, private patios, and more! Visit our Amenities page to view the full list of home amenities available.

The Inverness has Parcel Pending lockers for package deliveries! These lockers are available 24/7 for you to pick up your packages at any time after they arrive. Your package will be delivered to the lockers, and you will receive a notification with a one-time pick-up code. At the lockers, enter the code on the screen, and the door will pop open. Sign up and register with Parcel Pending at www.myparcelpending.com to receive packages through the lockers, and then you will be ready to pick up your packages.

At The Inverness, we allow up to 1 vehicle per resident.

Motorcycles must be parked in normal parking spaces.

Visitors may park in any open, uncovered space throughout the community.

Pets

No, exotic pets are not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, livestock, poisonous reptiles, amphibians or fish, snakes, birds of prey, insects, arachnids, and rodents (except for hamsters, guinea pigs or gerbils.)

Yes, at The Inverness we have a courtesy officer onsite. To request assistance, call the office number and follow the prompts to leave a voicemail with your complaint details, apartment number, and phone number. The courtesy officer will receive your message and respond as soon as possible.
